At Life's Solutions, we provide a choice of therapies to restaure or inhance emotional wellbeing. We offer both short term, here and now interventions which focus on solutions not problems, and longer term counselling for those who prefer it.

We can create a uniquely tailored, holistic, interdisciplinary program for you. You way want to focus on single issues or deal with a more complex problem such as anxiety or depression. We will coordinate a team of experts who will help you achieve your goals. Problems which respond well to this approach are mild depression, weight management and chronic fatigue syndrome. We pride ourselves on a service that is highly ethical and professional. We conduct audits to monitor the effectiveness of our work, and we liaise with
GPs and Consultants when appropriate.

Life's Solutions also runs training courses both to enhance professional knowledge and competence, and to expand everyone horizons. They are specialised in training psychotherapists and therapists in Emotional Freedom Techniques and will be launching a joint training program
combining Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and EFT practitioner training in
the autumn.

By Car then on foot

From all directions you will arrive at a roundabout by Hitchin Library and Museum, signposted to Luton, Stevenage and Bedford. Go across the roundabout direction Bedford, making sure to stay in the right hand lane. You will pass the Library and a small street on your right and then you will see, on your right is the entrance to the Waitrose car park, (opposite Grammar School Walk) go in then right up the ramp to the multi-storey car park. Exit the car park on foot into West Alley and town centre pedestrian area. Turn right into Bucklerbury. Life Solutions is at the far end on the RHS next to Scissum Hairdressers and opposite The George pub. (1^st floor, use intercom to open the door). 5 minutes walk from Waitrose.

By Train

Trains run from Kings Cross to Hitchin. The railway station is about 15 minutes' walk from the venue. If you come from Cambridge, trains also stop at Hitchin. If from other directions, Stevenage is the crossing point for many train journeys and you can change there for Hitchin.

Cancellations and missed session

If you need to cancel an appointment or a training place for any reason, please let me have as much notice as possible. If you give less than 24 hours notice, then the full fee will have to be charged.
